SODLC Technology Co., Ltd. ("SODLC") offers this Limited Warranty to the original purchasers (as defined below) of the SODLC LED Lighted Mirror and LED Medicine Cabinet (the "Product"), subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This warranty covers specific structural components of the Product. SODLC guarantees that, for the duration of the warranty period, Products purchased directly from SODLC or SODLC’s authorized retailers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship related to the electrical components, glass, and mirrors of the Product that could cause the Product to fail in its normal operation.

A. Who is Covered?

This Limited Warranty is available exclusively to purchasers who buy the Product directly from SODLC or its authorized retailers.

B. What is Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product’s electrical components, glass, and mirrors. A defect, for this warranty, is defined as a fault in materials or workmanship in the electrical components, glass, or mirrors that causes the Product to fail to perform as intended under normal use.

C. Duration of Coverage

The Limited Warranty begins on the purchase date, as indicated on the invoice received at the time of purchase from SODLC or an authorized retailer (the “Purchase Date”).

The warranty covers the following Product components for these durations:

• Electrical Components: LED strip, touch button, heated film, Bluetooth display, and driver – 5 years replacement parts or products free of charge.

• Mirror: 3 years free replacement.

Labour costs are not included.

D. What is Not Covered?

This warranty applies only if the Product is used under normal conditions. "Normal use" is defined as daily use of 7-8 hours. The warranty becomes void if the Product is not used according to the provided instructions or if it is subjected to any of the following:

• Misuse, neglect, modification, or tampering;

• Intentional destruction;

• Improper installation or setup;

• Delivery or shipping damage;

• Improper storage;

• Irregular or improper power supply or voltage;

• Exposure to excessive water, humidity, or damp conditions;

• Acts of God or natural disasters;

• Use under extreme temperatures;

• Accidental damage;

• Improper maintenance; or

• Use of abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or solvents by the Purchaser or any third party.

SODLC is not responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product. Additionally, this warranty does not guarantee that the Product will not be discontinued or replaced with a new model.

E. Remedy

If the Product is found to have defects covered by this warranty, SODLC will, at its discretion, either:

1. Repair the defective Product; or

2. Provide a free replacement for the defective Product or its defective parts.

Any repaired or replaced Product will continue to be covered by this Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original coverage period from the Purchase Date.

F. How to Make a Limited Warranty Claim

If you experience issues with the Product within the warranty period, please contact the SODLC Customer Service Department at info@sodlc.com to assess the nature of the problem and arrange for a resolution.

For returns requiring repair, the Product must be returned within 30 business days after SODLC issues a Return Authorization. If a replacement is necessary, the return must also occur within 30 business days of the Return Authorization, and a replacement Product will be sent upon receipt of the returned item. Returns should be sent to the address provided in the Return Authorization.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES
THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY SODLC FOR ITS LED LIGHTED MIRROR PRODUCTS AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED. SODLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WHERE IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE AVAILABLE BY LAW, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
