Quality Control
Quality First – Our Core Principle
At Sodlc-Mirror, we uphold the principle of "Quality First," reflecting our commitment to responsibility and excellence. Our philosophy is that quality is built through manufacturing, not just through testing.
To ensure superior quality, we strictly adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system throughout our development and production processes. Our QA laboratory is equipped with world-class testing equipment and facilities, allowing us to obtain precise inspection data.
Comprehensive Quality Verification
Our verification process is divided into three stages:
R&D Testing – Ensuring product feasibility and innovation.
Trial Production Testing – Identifying and resolving potential issues before mass production.
Mass Production Sampling Inspection – Maintaining consistent quality standards.
To guarantee reliability, we conduct rigorous tests, including:
Ageing Test
Temperature & Humidity Test
Gas Corrosion Test
Mechanical Vibration & Impact Tests
Drop Test
Dustproof & Waterproof Tests
Packing Pressure Test
Through these stringent testing procedures, Sodlc-Mirror ensures that every product meets the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.

Electrical circuit design
The hardware circuit is a critical component of the overall system, directly impacting the product's performance and reliability. A well-designed hardware circuit ensures stability and efficiency, while a flawed design can lead to failures.
The hardware circuit design process typically consists of the following stages:
Design Requirements Analysis – Defining functional and performance specifications.
Schematic Design – Developing the foundational circuit framework.
PCB Design – Translating schematics into a manufacturable layout.
Process File Preparation – Finalizing design documents for production.
Every detail in the design phase plays a crucial role in the product’s success, making precision and quality control essential at every step.
Product Structure Design
The product structure design is guided by the overall layout, defining and detailing the structural framework. This process includes key elements such as material selection, shape, dimensions, tolerances, and heat treatment.
Additionally, it must account for surface conditions, manufacturing processes, strength, rigidity, precision, and integration with other components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Integrating Sphere Integral Ball Test Parameters
The Integrating Sphere Integral Ball test evaluates key performance metrics of LED light sources, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. The test parameters include:
Electrical Parameters: Voltage, frequency, current, power, power factor.
Optical Parameters: Luminous flux, optical efficiency.
Color Parameters: Correlated color temperature (CCT), color rendering index (Ra, R9), and more.
With this advanced testing equipment, our factory can select high-quality LED light sources that meet specific customer needs.

EMC Test
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing is a critical evaluation of an electronic product’s electromagnetic interference (EMI). It is a key indicator of product quality and compliance.
The primary goal of EMC testing is to assess the impact of electrical devices on human safety, public electrical networks, and other operational electronic systems, ensuring they function reliably without causing or being affected by electromagnetic disturbances.

Hi-Pot Test
The Hi-Pot (High Potential) test, also known as the breakdown test, evaluates the insulation strength of LED bathroom mirrors. This test applies high voltage to the insulation material and structure to ensure they can withstand operating and overvoltage conditions without degradation.
By conducting this voltage endurance test, we verify whether the insulation meets safety standards, ensuring the reliability and safety of our LED bathroom mirrors.

Surrounding Temperature Testing
The high and low-temperature test evaluates the impact of extreme temperature conditions on a product’s performance during storage and operation.
By simulating harsh environments, including variations in temperature and humidity, this test helps assess whether the structure and raw materials of LED bathroom mirrors meet quality and durability standards.
Aging Test
The aging test simulates real-world usage conditions to identify potential issues and enhance product reliability. This process also helps predict the product's lifespan based on its intended use.
Each product undergoes rigorous quality inspection, including a 24-hour aging test involving continuous circuit testing, power-up, and power-down cycles to ensure optimal performance and durability.

Drop Test
The drop test for external cases is commonly performed according to ISTA-1A, ISTA-2A, or FedEx 6A standards, with ISTA-2A being the preferred choice for most customers. While the procedures for ISTA-1A and ISTA-2A are similar, the primary distinction is the fall height.
This drop test plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of goods during transit, providing maximum protection against potential damage during transportation.
